Informed Pregnancy · Meet the Expert
Dr. Alyssa Berlin, PsyD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist | Perinatal Mental Health | Trauma | Couples & Relationships
Wherever you are — trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or parenting well beyond the baby years, in every kind of family — there is support here for you.
With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Berlin works with individuals and couples from fertility through parenting — and well beyond the perinatal years — navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative.
Co-founder of Berlin Wellness Group and the Informed Pregnancy Project.
Postpartum mental health is still grossly underaddressed — too often, support only shows up once a family is already in crisis. Dr. Berlin’s work, above all The AfterBirth Plan™, moves that support earlier: preparing couples during pregnancy for the emotional, psychological, and relational changes that come with a new baby, so they can meet parenthood supported — and as a team.
